Minnesota’s Acoustic Music Master
The Emmy Award winning acoustic troubadour, Michael Monroe, will perform an evening of warm-hearted folk legend favorites by James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Gordon Lightfoot, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Simon and Garfunkel, Carol King as well as Peter, Paul and Mary. Monroe is celebrating over 50 years performing music with his works of art, the hand crafted Seaton guitars made of 200 year old reclaimed wood from the bottom of Lake Superior.
His rich vocals and crystal/bamboo flutes showcase his signature sound. Many of you have enjoyed him in the Twin Cities, at his own cabin where he presented “Log Cabin Concerts” for the past 17 years and the many places he has performed. Now come to Three Lakes and sing along!
