The Upside Downers Quartet met while singing with the Chorus of DuPage in Naperville, IL. They first performed on stage together in 2009 at the Sandwich IL Opera House. They were invited to sing on live TV at WGN Chicago, a performance for Larry, The Cable Guy and his family, as well as many holiday venues over the years. They perform barbershop songs interspersed with arrangements from a myriad of artists such as The Beatles, Van Morrison, The Turtles, Plain White T’s, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Billy Joel and Deke Sharon.
Featured are Downer’s Grove, IL residents John Morrison- lead/baritone; Bruce Rhoades- tenor; John (Ojibuan) Oberlin from Stafford, VA-singing baritone/lead; and “Big Bass Bill” Morgan from Eagle River, WI.
