Wild Instincts Animal Rehab Center
“Wild animals don’t carry health insurance”
This night, “Wild Instincts” Rehab Center of Rhinelander will bring some birds of prey for you to meet, discuss the center’s mission, and examine human caused injuries to wildlife and how to prevent them. Since 1996, Mark Naniot and Sharon Larson have been responsible for the care and treatment of over 17,272 wild animals of over 100 different species, with the skill and support of local vets and staff.
They are permitted by the state and federal government but receive NO funding from them. All their support comes from folks like US!
This is a FREE event and donations are deeply appreciated. There are many items you can donate as well, like towels, blankets, etc. Go to their website: wildinstinctsrehab.com and click on “wish list” for a full list of continually needed items. Come all you animal lovers! This is always a memorable event!
